Other ways of fundraising

There are many ways you can fundraise to help save the rainforest.

Why not set up a page with Justgiving.com to help you collect your sponsorship? It couldn't be simpler! Raising money can be a great character building exercise not to mention all the fun involved! We have had money raised for Rainforest Concern from a huge variety of imaginative events, or you can nominate Rainforest Concern when you participate in a larger organised event, like the Flora London Marathon. Some ideas for events include: 

• sales: icecream, home-made cakes and biscuits, crafts, brick-a-brack, greetings/Christmas/Birthday cards...

• sponsored events: walk, run, silence, read, bike ride, swim, haircut... the list of what people can sponsor you to do is endless!
  

• collecting pennies
  

• other events: themed parties, concerts, speed-dating (!), "mufti" days at work or school....
